Family Camp 2019 was held this past weekend(May 17th-19th) in Lake Tahoe. What a success.
Clear skies and sunshine.. and also a little bit of rain and snow. From newly diagnosed families in attendance to the veterans of our camp community. Learning, laughter and fun were all had.
People from all over the west coast in attendance, some which drove 7 hours+ to be there.
A huge thank you to all over our guest speakers in attendance, Dr. Jason Bolenbaker, RN CDE Tandi Mcgee, Dr. Amy Lancing , and Dietitian Heather Williams all who so graciously gave their time to help families get more of an insight on diabetes in breakout group sessions.
