Battle of the Rattle
The Battle of the Rattle 5K race up Rattlesnake Mountain was founded in 2005 by Johnno Lazetich and Jon Epstein. The goal was to bring to Reno a new and exhilarating foot race; something that has never been done before. Yet the race’s concept dates back to the beginning of time with re-creating one of the worlds oldest challenge statements,” I bet you can’t beat me up that hill”. Proceeds from this race directly benefit local children in our community.
