Follow along with Chelsea as she teaches us how to make ‘Power Packed Bites’ in a step by step tutorial.  Bring the ingredients from the list and learn how to make a fun new healthy snack… live!  Chelsea will also discuss the benefits of these yummy little treats with us and bring us some more ideas for other recipes. 

 

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups quick cooking oats (gluten free if desired)

¾ cup creamy peanut butter

¼ cup honey

½ cup mini chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

*Optional add in’s*

1/3 cup protein powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
