Join us this November 13th as we welcome Heidi Himler, MPH RDN CDE and TMCC Dietetic Technician Intern, Roya Mason for an interactive Holiday recipe demonstration. If you or your kids are looking to cut some carbs or calories this holiday season, come learn how to reconstruct some of your favorite recipes with these amazing ideas! Plus, who doesn’t like to play with food?!?!
