Why camp?
The premise of camp is for the campers learn how to successfully manage this chronic, and potentially life-threatening disease.
For them- to be a type 1 diabetic is scary. Being labeled “insulin dependent” is huge .
So with support systems of doctors, nurses, dietitians, teachers, family, and friends … We are there to help.

Even if you can not make it, money donations are always welcome 🙂
