Counselor In Training Program

STEP INTO THE LIMELIGHT!

JOIN THE
CIT TEAM TODAY

The CIT Program is a time-honored initiative that operates concurrently with Camp Vegas, Family Camp, and Camp Buck. CIT participants are a select group of adolescents chosen from a vast pool of candidates through a meticulous selection process involving interviews, volunteer commitments, recommendation letters, and considerations for returning campers based on their behavior at camp over the previous years. If your teenager will reach the age of 15 or older by the commencement of camp, they are eligible to apply for a position in the CIT Program.

ALL PROSPECTIVE CIT MEMBERS MUST:

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

CIT participants are encouraged to volunteer for at least two NDA events per year. Volunteering provides teen leaders with opportunities to demonstrate their leadership qualities, organizational skills, maturity, and teamwork. Various volunteering opportunities are available, including assisting at parent support groups and large-scale fundraisers
